Returns

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

• Products must be returned with their original packaging and tags.

• Sale, discounted, or clearance items may not be eligible for return.

Exchange

We offer exchanges for:

• Wrong item received

• Damaged or defective item

• Incorrect size, subject to availability

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to request an exchange.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed through the applicable payment method. Delivery charges may be non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged, or returned without original tags may not be accepted.
